With everything enclosed in the Gift Box, your loved one can share in the creative process and you can ensure that their Treasure Ring is the perfect fit and designed to their desires. Being part of a journey even before your special someone receives their Takohl Treasure Ring, and knowing that the perfect ring is being made for them, is a unique and special experience in itself. Please note that the Treasure Ring Gift Box has a 30-day return policy should you or your recipient change your mind.

Each Treasure Ring is unique since you are the designer. Please reference the estimated pricing on the price list. A Takohl representative will then assist you with final pricing and any other questions you may have.

Determining the exact ring size is especially critical in placing your Takohl Treasure Ring order, as rings cannot be returned. There are a couple of easy ways to ensure we have the correct size:

1. Please contact us and we will send you a ring sizer.
2. Visit a local professional jeweler to have your (or your recipient's) finger sized with a thin ring sizer.

Yes, should your ring size change over time, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that there is a re-sizing fee.

We want you to be happy with your order. That's why a Takohl representative will work with you to finalize your design so you and your special someone are pleased with the result. Treasure Rings cannot be returned; therefore, it is especially important to know the recipient's exact ring size. Please see above for tips on determining ring size.

Please note that Treasure Rings can indeed be re-sized for a fee, so please feel free to contact us and will be happy to assist you.

We have many different types of gemstones for you to choose from. Our genuine stones include rubies, emeralds and sapphires that display top color and quality. Diamonds are available in SI and VS; color can be specified, but most are F-G color. All birthstones are also available and can be placed anywhere on the inside of the ring as well as the latch.

If you are looking for a more economical option, cubic zirconia or lab-created gemstones can be considered as well. We offer a wide range of colored cz's, in addition to a host of new lab created gemstones that are becoming more readily available every day. Please call us to discuss your options.

These simple instructions will help ensure that the precious metals, enamel and jewels of your Treasure ring will remain beautiful.

- Use a soft, non-abrasive polishing cloth to wipe the inside and outside of your ring.
- Your ring should not be cleaned in an ultra-sonic cleaner. This may destroy the enameling.
- Remove your ring when you are using harsh, chemical cleaning agents such as bleach, ammonia, detergents or abrasives.
- Refrain from using anti-bacterial hand sanitizers while wearing your ring.

To Open: One side of the latch as an engraved horizontal line to indicate where the ring opens. Place your fingernail below the line, on the edge of the latch, and gently push up to release the lock and to lift the latch.

To Close: Place the two halves of the ring together and lower the latch to lock. You will hear a click.

Should you experience any trouble with your ring regarding the latch, gemstones or engraving, or have any polishing/re-size needs, please contact us for instructions on how to return your ring to the Takohl Gallery and Showroom. Only our specially-trained, expert teams should handle any repairs.
